CATHERINE KOEGLER


	Catherine "Kate" Koegler, 24, of Etters, formerly of 
Gallitzin R.D., died April 28, 2004 in Cumberland County as a 
result of an automobile accident.

	She was born August 9, 1979 in Johnstown, the daughter of 
Christine Crum of Loretto and Stephen Michael Koegler of 
Gallitzin, R. D.

	In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiancé, 
Travis Kovach, of Etters; brothers Michael, married to the 
former Dawn Donahue of Hershey, Paul, married to the former 
Karen Arista of Tyrone and Bryan of Palmyra; sisters, Lisa 
Polite of Cape Coral, FL, and Ann, married to William Koss of 
Revloc; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.  
She was preceded in death by her sister, Therese.

	Kate was a 1997 graduate of Bishop Carroll High School and 
attended Penn State Altoona Campus.  She worked for a year as a 
nurses aide in the Harrisburg area, then worked as an 
Administrative Assistant for Rite Aid Corporation, Mechanicsburg 
for 4 years, where she helped facilitate the Children's Miracle 
Network.  Kate enjoyed her dog, Bella, all sports and NASCAR.

	She was a former member of the Basilica of St. Michael the 
Archangel, Loretto, where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 
a.m. on Monday, with Rev. Timothy Swope as celebrant.  Committal 
in St. Michael's Cemetery.  Friends will be received from 2 - 4 
p.m. and from 7 - 9 p.m. on Sunday, at the Gibbons Funeral Home 
in Ashville, where a Vigil Service will be held Sunday.

	In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane 
Society in Kate's memory.
