Orrin Mason Dead

Orrin Mason, a well known resident of Conemaugh, died 
Tuesday morning at 7:30 o'clock at the home of his brother, 
A. S. Mason of Main and First Streets, Conemaugh, aged 82 
years. Mr. Mason was a native of Maine, but came to this 
county 38 years ago, locating in Ebensburg where he was 
employed by the Barker Bros. Lumber Company. Twelve years 
ago he retired and took up his residence in Conemaugh.  He 
is survived by the brother already mentioned and by one 
sister, Mrs. Lydia A. Holmes of Maine.  Mr. Mason was 
unmarried.

The funeral took place at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon from 
the Mason home, services being conducted by the Rev. George 
S. Bowden, pastor of the Presbyterian Church and interment 
was made in Headrick's Cemetery.
