PUBLIC SALE of PERSONAL PROPERTY
   OF SARAH A. SPEAKMAN
Will be sold at public sale in East Fallowfield township, on 4thda, 
WEDNESDAY,1st of 3d month of March,1865 at the residence of the subscriber, 
little south of Youngsville, the following described personal property to wit; 
TWO FIRST RATE HORSES,No. 1 superior driving and saddle horses, No. 2  A good 
farm horse; one pair of GOOD OXEN, three MILCH COWS one with a calf, 12 head 
of FEEDING STEERS, SIXTEEN EWES with Lamb, superior Cotswold Buck, Southdown 
Buck, 15 SHOTES, good stock, 2 ox carts, 2 mill wagons, hay wagon, double 
seated riding carriage, with pole and shafts, buggy, two-horse sleigh, one 
horse sleigh, mowing and reaping machine, Hubbard`s patent, horse rake, Pratt 
& Smedley`s patent, one-horse threshing machine roller, grain fan, grain 
cradles, mowing sythes, 2 setts of wagon or plow harness, 2 settts of carriage 
harness, double and single lines, ox yokes single and double trees, sleigh 
bells, wheelbarrow, grindstone. HOUSEHOLD AND KITCHEN FURNITURE, consisting of 
besteads, chairs, settee, tables cook stove, nearly new parlor stove, ten 
plate stove and drum, churn milk pans, earthen and tin ware and many other 
articles not mentioned.
     ten months credit will given on sums over $13.
     Said too commence at 1 o'clock,p.m. on said day.
