Death came at 11:20 last evening while the patient was under treatment. Intestinal trouble which developed last Thursday while she was on her homeward voyage is given as the cause of her death. The deceased a member of the York High School faculty, York, Pennsylvania, was a graduate of Ursinus College. Following her graduation at Ursinus she continued her studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Miss Mosteller had planned to return to her teaching in York next Monday, where she will be missed by a large circle of friends and students. Miss Mosteller was a member of St. Matthew's Reformed Church in West Vincent Township and is survived by her parents and three brothers J Dewees, Clinton and J Paul; Mrs. Clinton K Mosteller, an aunt; George S Dewees an uncle and Mrs. William J Wetherill and Miss Iva Mosteller, cousins of this place, are surviving relatives. Mosteller- In the Chester County Hospital on August 24 Sara S daughter of James B and Rosalind D Mosteller in the 27th year of her age. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral without further notice from her late residence, 334 West Union Street, West Chester on Saturday August 27th. Daily Local West Chester, Pennsylvania August 27 1927 Funeral services for Sara S Mosteller daughter of James B and Rosalind D Mosteller, too place this afternoon at her late residence at 334 West Union Street. Dr Edward S Ninde, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church, was in charge of the service. The pallbearers were three brothers, J Dewees, Clinton R and J Paul Mosteller and John Britnon, William J Wetherill and George S Dewees. Last evening many friends called at the home to pay their respects to the young woman, who was held in highest esteem. Large quantities of floral tributes were presented by friends and relatives. Interment is at Greenmount Cemetery.
