He had been ill for a long time and was formerly a patient at the Rush Hospital, near Malvern. While here he had been employed by the Bell Telephone Company and at the Sharples separator works. He was twice married, his firs wife being Miss Bertha Jackson, of West Chester. Three children of this marriage survive. Arthur, who is in the Hawaiian Islands, in the U.S. Army, Violet, wife of Ernest Hicks, of Deep water NJ, and Virginia, who makes her home with her grand mother in West Chester. His second wife, who survives, was formerly a Miss Hicks. There are three grandchildren. Additional Comments: From the funeral notice, interment was at Greenmount Cemetery, West Chester.
