On the 13th inst, by the Rev. Henry J Dubbs, Mr. Franklin Harley to Miss 
Martha Ann Hippel, both of Phoenixville.

Additional Comments:
He was son of Benjamin Harley and Susan Pennypacker.  She was daughter of John 
Hipple and Luzetta Savage.
