All estate real and personal to wife Susanna during widowhood. 
To daughter Joanna wife of Thomas Heald £5 and my great bible. 
To sons James and Joseph all real estate at wifes decease. 
Estate entailed to heirs of sons and failing them to heirs of 
daughter Susanna "so long as wood grows or water runs in and 
upon this Terestiall Gobb of Earth and water." 
Executors: wife Susanna, Ellis Lewis and Jos. Mendenhall, overseers. 
Witnesses: Moses Cason, Thomas Parvin
