The Columbia Democrat (Bloomsburg, Pa.)., August 05, 1837, P. 3 August 5, 1837
"A certain Lot of Ground, situate in Liberty township, Columbia county, 
containing Seventy acres, more or less, bounded by lands of Robert Simonton, 
Joseph Kerr, & Joseph Robinson, in the possession of James Thomas, sen'r 
whereon is erected one Log house & barn, and a stable.  About Thirty acres are 
cleared, and on the premises is an Apple Orchard.  Seized, taken in execution, 
& to be sold as the property of Samuel Thomas, jr.  By Isaiah Solomon, Sheriff."
