The Evening News, Harrisburg, Penna., Monday, August 19, 1918 Central High Graduate Dies After Long Illness Funeral services for Warren W. Wheeler, 22 years old, 1264 State street, who died Sunday afternoon after a long illness, will be held at the residence tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock with the Rev. Dr. Herman officiating. Mr. Wheeler was a native of this city and graduated from Central High School in 1915. In the fall of the same year he entered Gettysburg College to take up studies leading to the Gospel ministry. The following year he continued his course at Dickinson College, but on account of ill health was compelled to leave school before the term was finished. He was not able to return to school. He was a skilled musician and was a member of both the Gettysburg and Dickinson College Glee Clubs. He also was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilom Fraternity.
