ACTIVITIES IN THE REALM OF SOCIETY AND PERSONAL NOTES OF INTEREST

  Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Baker, 1604 Green street, announce the engagement 
of their daughter, Miss M. Ruth, to John Raymond Hoffert, son of Mr. 
and Mrs. N. K. Hoffert, 12 South Nineteenth street.  Miss Baker is a 
graduate of Wilson college and at present a teacher of the Camp Hill 
High School.  Mr. Hoffert, an alumnus of Cornell University, is now 
located in Magnolia, Md., with the Central Construction Corporation.
