This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of December in the year of our Lord
one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven by and between Adam EYRE of
Berkely County in the commonwealth of Virginia, yeoman, of the one part and
Thomas ROBINSON of New Castle county and State of Delaware, Esquire, of the
other part. Witnesseth that the said Adam EYRE for and in consideration of
five shillings to him in hand paid by the said Thomas ROBINSON at or before
the execution hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained and sold --ised released confirmed and forever quitted claim of
and unto and by these presents do grant bargain and sell and --ise release
confirm and forever gquit claim of and unto the said Thomas ROBINSON his
heirs and assigns forever all the messuage plantation and tract of land
situate lying and being part in the county of New Castle State of Delaware
and part in the county of Delaware inthe State of Pennsylvania Beginning at
a fording place in Naamans creek in the line Between the saidland and land
of the said Thomas ROBINSON thence north thirty six degrees west thirteen
perches and five feet thence south eighty one degrees west seventeen perches
and five feet thence north eighty six degrees west twenty seven perches and
five feet thence south sixty five degrees west twenty two perches and five
feet to a corner stone dividing this land from land now or late of the heirs
of George WHITE thence by said land north ninetten and one quarter degrees
west one hundred and eighty three perches to a stone in the line of the land
now or late of Pathan PENNELL thence on the said line north seventy four and
three quarters degrees east sixty one perches and four feet to the a stone
at a corner of said PENNELL's land thence south thirty nine degrees east
eleven perches and six feet thence north seventy eight degrees east three
and one half perches to the middle branch of Naamans creek thence down the
said easterly brance of the several courses thereof one hundred and seventy
eight perches to the place of Beginning containing one hundred and four
acres and eight perches more or less to have and to hold the premises
granted released and confirmed unto him the said Thomas ROBINSON to his
heirs and assigns forever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said
Thomas ROBINSON and his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the
said parties have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day
and year above written.

Delaware County  The Eighteenth day of December Anno Domini 1797 Personally
appeared before me Richard RILEY Esquire one of the Judges of the Court of
Common Please in and for the County aforesaid Adam EYRE in the within
Indenture mentioned an dacknowledged the same to be his act and deed and
desired the same to be recorded as such Witness my hand and Seal.

George PEARSON one of the Witnesses thereto in open court of common Please
held at Newcastle for the County of Newcastle of the May term AD 1798 In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said
