                    COMMUNICATION.
  DIED.-On Monday morning, the 6th inst. at his father's residence in Aston 
Township, Del. Co. Mr. Reese Peters, in the 28th year of his age.-For fifteen 
months past he had been afflicted with an affection of the lungs, which, from 
the beginning, indicated a speedy dissolution.  All the relief which the 
healing art, or the kind and unwearied attention of his friends could afford, 
was freely lavished uppon him-but, alas! in vain: Death had marked him for his 
own.  The suavity of his manners, the meekness and gentleness of his 
disposition; but, above all, his warm and generous affection for his friends, 
his gratitude for services rendered, especially during his indisposition, are 
traits in his character which will leave a lasting impression upon the minds 
of all who knew him.
