DUTTON, RICHARD, yeoman, Upper Chichester.
December 1, 1793 - May 4, 1796.
Son Jonathan, plantation in U. Chichester and Aston purchased of 
William HAY, Edward WHITEKER, Joseph BROWN and Kingsman DUTTON, son 
Jonathan, land purchased of John WILLIAMSON, Isaac LAWRENCE and John 
COUBOURN on River Delaware, adjoining David JOHNSON and Edward RICHARDS 
of Lower Chichester. To sons of son Thomas DUTTON, December'd., 
(Richard and Thomas) land bounded by land of Aaron MATSON, Edward 
GRISSEL and by Chester Creek, they paying their sisters Sarah, Hannah, 
and Susannah £10 each. Land in Bradford Township to be sold. Mentions 
legacies to daughter Rebeckah PILKINGTON, Thomas, Jehu, Jonathan, 
Joseph, Richard, Josiah and Lucy RICHARDS, children of daughter Hannah, 
Hannah PLOWMAN and Lydia RICHARDS, five grandchildren, children of son 
Thomas viz. Richard, Thomas, Sarah, Hibbard, Hannah and Susanna DUTTON, 
other grandchildren, not named - mentions Jacob DERIBERKER and his son 
Eli and Chichester Meeting. Exrs: Son Jonathan and James BARNARD.
