Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834


HILL, JOHN, Middletown.
August 10, 1812 - February 23, 1814.
Provides for wife Mary HILL and one eleventh part of residue to each 
child now living, grandson John Howard HILL, children of daughter 
Rachel SHARPLESS, December'd. and of late daughter Mary STEEL.
Nathan SHARPLESS renounced December 26, 1827.
Exrs: Sons in law Nathan SHARPLESS and Ralph* MARSH.
Wits: Peter WORRALL and Enos PAINTER.
*Signs himself as Rolph E. Marsh in Ad. account. #402.
