To wife 50 acres of land purchased of John Hood adj the place I now
live on and 300 acres of land and 1/2 the sawmill lying over the river
in partnership with Saml. Shivers. To son William the land I now live
on when of age, he paying to his sister Martha £40. To son John 1/2 of
the 500 acres purchased of John Easto in Londongrove paying to sister
Martha when she is of age £40. To son Edward the other 1/2 of said
tract paying to sister Martha £40 when he is of age. Executrix: wife
Mary. Witnesses: Bernhard Vanleer, Martha Deacon, Benj. Yard
