Obituary for Charles appeared in the Connellsville, PA Daily Courier,
dated April 15, 1974. Charles O'Neal, 65, of Connellsville, R.D. 1
( Adelaide Rd.) died at his home at 8:40 p.m. Saturday following a
lingering illness. He was born Jan. 14, 1909, at Casparis, a son of the
late John H. and Elizabeth J. Thomas O'Neal. He had lived at Adelaide
since 1943 and was a retired electrician for the Anchor Hocking
Glass Corporation, Plant No. 5. He was a member of the G.B.B.A., No.
139 and the Calvary Assembly of God Church.
He is survived by his wife, Esther Means O'Neal; two sons Kenneth
O'Neal of Vanderbilt; and Donald of Lakewood, Ohio; two daughters,
Lilly O'Neal of Connellsville, and Mrs. James ( Joyce ) Bishop of
Lakewood, Ohio; Seven grandchildren; one brother Harry R. O'Neal of
LaGrange, Ohio, and three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Pritchard and Mary
Bruce, both of Connellsville R.D. 1, and Mrs L. Thomas ( Olive )
Means of Connellsville.
