I have changed the format to fit it onto 1 page. THOMPSON, ROY A. Age 72 years of 313 N. Main St., Masontown, died Tuesday, June 26, 1973 at his home. He was the son of the late David and Amanda Stewart Thompson and was born September 1, 1900 in Weston, W.Va. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Masontown, where he served as an Elder, Trustee, and on the Board of Deacons, Veteran of World War I, and a Charter Member of Masontown VFW Post 4584. Surviving is his wife, Beulah Sterling Thompson; three sisters, Emma Helmick, Weston, W.Va., Vivian Thompson, Buffalo, N.Y., and Rushia Richards, Weston, W.Va. He was predeceased by two brothers, Clarence and Wilbur: and a sister, Lilly. Friends will be received in the Grant R. Townsend Funeral Home, Masontown, today and Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday until 2 p.m. the hour of service. Rev. Robert A. Orr, Jr. will officiate. Interment in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown. Military Rites will be accorded at the Graveside by the Masontown VFW.
