Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon. Funeral services were held Sunday, Dec. 10, at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, Orbisonia, with Rev. Charles Rhodes officiating. Interment was in the Three Springs Cemetery. Born May 19, 1930 at Orbisonia, he was the son of the late Porter and Gwendolyn (Grove) Lynn. He was united in marriage, to Esther A. Benson on April 11, 1953 at Winchester, Va. Mrs. Lynn survives at their home. Surviving are the following children: Pamela Wagman, South Mountain; Judith Jugan, Illinois; Robert S. Lynn, Three Springs; Sherry Sessamen, Jacksonville, N.C.; Thomas Lynn, Three Springs, and six grandchildren. Also surviving are the following brother and sisters: Jean Leonard, Los Angeles, Calif.; Grace Lundy, Santa Rosa, Calif.; and William Lynn, Mount Union. Mr. Lynn retired in 1985 from Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg after 35 years of service. He was a veteran of the Korean conflict serving with the U.S. Navy on the battleship U.S.S. Missouri.
