Blair Roher, aged 72 years, died suddenly in Springfield township, about noon, Sunday, October 4, 1936. Mr. Roher had not been in good health for some time. Sunday forenoon he took a walk, and was found dead by neighbors about a quarter of a mile from his home. He is survived by three sons and one daughter: Herbert Roher, of Wilmerding, Pa., Kime C. and William B. Roher, of Mapleton, and Zelda, wife of Thomas Huston of Petersburg. Also survving are the following brothers and sisters: Byron Roher, of Orbisonia, Rev. Frank Roher, Newton Roher, Grant Roher, of Altoona, Clay Roher and Scott Roher of Los Angeles, Cal., Mrs. Jesse Rupert, of Mount Union, and Miss Emma Roher of Los Angeles, Cal. One foster-daughter, Mrs. William Hooper, of Mapleton, also survives along with eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Cherry Grove Church, in Clay Township, on Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. Interment in Cherry Grove cemetery. Green's funeral service. Short prayer services will be held at the Green funeral home at 2 o'clock Tuesday.
