Deceased was born April 29, 1862. Mr. Sanks was a farmer by occupation, and was a highly respected citizen. He is survived by his wife and the following children: Mrs. Charles Whitsel, of Walker township; John Sanks, of 410 Second street; Mrs. Joseph Reed, of Penn street; Charles, Harry and Miss Bertha, all at home. Funeral services were conducted at his late home on Monday by the Rev. D. E. Masters, of the Reformed church, with interment in Riverview cemetery.
