Paul Bruce Shoop

  Paul Bruce Shoop, 70, of HC61 Shade Gap, died at 10:42 p.m. Friday, 
Feb. 22, 2002, at the Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg.
  Funeral services were held Feb. 26 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral 
Home, Orbisonia, with Rev. Wilson Boyd officiating. Interment was at 
Pleasant Hill Cemetery, RD Shade Gap.
  Born Aug. 2, 1931 at Meadville, he was a son of the late Clayton and 
Melva (Burkey) Shoop. He was married to the former Arlene R. Walters on 
Sept. 14, 1968, at Shade Gap. Mrs. Shoop survives at their home.
  He is also survived by one brother, John Shoop of New Bloomfield.
  Mr. Shoop attended the Fair Ridge Assembly of God Church, RD Shade 
Gap.
  He was last employed by Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg. Prior 
to that he worked as a truck driver.
