Miss Jessie O. Flenniken of Burrell Township died at the home of her brother, J.
E. Flenniken, November 29. Miss Flenniken was born in Fayette County, a daughter
of the late Elias A. and Mary Burson Flenniken. She had resided in this
community for the past 43 years, and was a member of the Presbyterian church.
Surviving are one brother, J. B. Flenniken and one sister, Mrs. F. R. Gerard of
Bethlehem, Pa. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Tuesday and
Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00. Funeral services will be held from the
Ferguson Funeral Home on Thursday at 2:00 o'clock, in charge of the Rev. James
C. Stuart. Burial will follow in the Blairsville Cemetery.
