Paul W. Forsha, 56, of 374 South East Lane, Blairsville, died Saturday, Dec. 12,
1987, in the Latrobe Area Hospital. A son of Addison and Margaret Waugaman
Forsha, he was born Jan. 14, 1921, at Blairsville.
Mr. Forsha was an engineer with Conrail, retiring after 37 years of service. He
was a member of the United Methodist Church of Blairsville, Brotherhood of
Locomotive Engineers, and United Transportation Union. He was a U. S. Army
veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy May Eicher Forsha, a son, Kirby, of Blairsville;
a brother, Philip A. of Philadelphia; and a sister, Mrs. Sue M. Uss, of
Blairsville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: Preston, James, William,
and Vernon; and a sister, Mary McIntosh. There will be no visitation. Private
memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will
be in Blairsville Cemetery. The Richard L. Shoemaker Funeral Rome, Blairsville,
is in charge of arrangements
