His death resulted from pneumonia. The deceased was only seriously ill one day previous to his death. He was a veteran of the Civil War and served in Company K, 105th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers. Mr. Keck was twice married. His second wife and the following children belonging to the first family are living: Mrs. David White and William J., of McKeesport; John, of Loraine, O.; Mrs. Sallie Donahue and Joseph E., of town; Mrs. Howard Wilson, Mrs. Ross Brown, Mrs. William Coleman and Mrs. Blair Kelly, of Johnstown and Frank, of Pittsburg. The deceased was a member of Post 28, G. A. R. The funeral services were conducted on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at his late home by Rev. Lewis Hay. Interment was made in Oakland cemetery and the services at the grave were conducted by the G. A. R. Post, which attended the funeral in a body and buried their deceased comrade with the honors of war.
