W. FRANKLIN HESS

W. Franklin Hess, one of the best known men in lower Lancaster county, died at 
the Lancaster County Hospital, Oct. 20th.  Financial trouble affected his mind 
and he had been in the hospital six months.  He was a son of W. J. Hess, 
formerly of Quarryville, now of Cecil Co., Md., was about 42 years of age, and 
leaves a wife and six children.
