  William M. Dohner 
   
  PALMYRA William M. Dohner, 90, of Columbia Cottage, died Tuesday, October 26, 
  2010, at his residence. He was the husband of Ethel I. (Riegel) Dohner, who 
  died August 23, 2010. Born in Lebanon, on March 17, 1920, he was the son of the 
  late Henry and Elizabeth (Kreiser) Dohner. He was a 1938 graduate of Cornwall 
  High School and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He had been employed at 
  Bethlehem Steel, Lebanon for 31 years, retiring in 1970. After his retirement, 
  he had been a salesman for Lebanon Car & Truck Center, retiring in 1975. He 
  then retired in 1982 from the maintenance department at Cedar Haven. He was a 
  member of Christ Presbyterian Church, Lebanon; a lifetime member of the Lebanon 
  County Fireman's Assn. and a member of the Quentin Volunteer Fire Co. He was an 
  avid reader and enjoyed politics. He is survived by daughters, Beverly Ann 
  Adair of Hummelstown, and Delores Mae wife of James Kimmey of Ennis, Montana; a 
  son, William R. husband of Agnes Dohner of Lebanon; seven grandchildren; 13 
  great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Rodkey of Lebanon; brothers, Nelson husband 
  of Adella Dohner of Lancaster, and Robert husband of Rose Dohner of Lebanon; 
  and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Marion 
  Schaeffer. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, November 1, 2010, at 10 a.m. 
  from Christ Presbyterian Church, Lebanon. Interment at Quentin Cemetery, 
  Quentin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ 
  Presbyterian Church, 1300 W. Maple Street, Lebanon, PA 17046. Grose Funeral 
  Home, Myerstown is entrusted with the arrangements.
