  Clair Thomas Gruber 
   
  Clair T. Gruber PALMYRA Clair Thomas Gruber, 83, passed away peacefully on 
  Friday, June 25, 2010, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He is survived by 
  his loving wife of 62 years, Grace (Farver) Gruber. He was born Sunday, March 
  20, 1927, in Campbelltown, to the late Paul F. and Winifred "Winnie" (Bucks) 
  Gruber. He graduated from Hershey High School in 1945, served in the U.S. Navy 
  during WWII, and was a car salesman for many years at Klick-Lewis. He was a 
  member of Campbelltown United Methodist Church, Campbelltown, American Legion 
  Post 831, Palmyra VFW Memorial Post 6417, F&AM of PA, Brownstone Lodge No. 666, 
  and Harrisburg Consistory. He is survived by a son, Thomas Gruber of Carlisle; 
  a daughter, Tammi (Gruber) Keilholtz and husband, Keith of Arizona; four 
  grandchildren, Kristi Gruber of Harrisburg, Jamie Gruber and wife, Leah of 
  Carlisle, and Kaitlin Keilholtz and Kirk Keilholtz, both of Arizona; and two 
  great-granddaughters, Ava and Hannah Gruber of Carlisle. He was preceded in 
  death by an infant son. Private services will be held at the convenience of the 
  family with burial in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra, with the Rev. J. Thomas 
  Truitt officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to 
  Campbelltown United Methodist Church, 2760 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown, PA 
  17010; or Campbelltown American Legion, Post 831, 155 Palmyra Road, 
  Campbelltown, PA 17010. Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 
  W. Pine St., Palmyra, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
