Miller Blessing, 90, died Wednesday, February 23, 2011, in Spang Crest Manor, Lebanon. She was the wife of the late Leon E. Blessing, Jr. She was born November 30, 1920, in Lebanon, a daughter of the late Philip Miller. Janice was employed as a clerk at McCroy's and Demler's Market in Lebanon. She was a 1938 graduate of Lebanon High School. She was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church, life member of Mt. Hope Winery, and a lifetime Republican. She was fondly remembered for fun trips to her cottage by the Swattie and owner of the Lucheonette on N. Eighth St. in Lebanon. Janice loved to garden, plant beautiful flowers, loved owning many dogs, listening to music, and enjoying a good glass of wine. She is survived by a brother, William F. Miller of Karinchville; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother, Philip H. Miller. Funeral service will be held Monday, February 28, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, with a viewing beginning on Monday at 10 a.m. Interment will be made in the Mt.
