  ANNVILLE Ruth E. Houser Brandt, 95, died Thursday, January 27, 2011, in the 
  Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of Clarence S. Houser, who 
  died in 1972, John Brandt, who died in 2006. Born in McGillstown, on April 20, 
  1915, she was the daughter of the late Simon and Cora Wengert Boltz. Ruth 
  worked for Snavely Food Market in the bakery department for many years and was 
  a member of Salem Walmer's Union Church. She is survived by a son, Ronald L. 
  Houser of Lebanon; two daughters, Gloria A., wife of the late Kenneth Kohr, and 
  Janet M., wife of Edward Kohr, both of Lebanon; stepson, Charles Brandt of 
  Delaware; stepdaughter, Linda Brandt of Lebanon; four grandchildren; six great-
  grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; four step great-great-grandsons; and 
  two brothers, Lloyd Boltz of Lebanon and Charles Boltz of Grantville. Ruth was 
  preceded in death by three brothers, Ralph, Harry, and Henry Boltz; and a 
  sister, Mary Boltz. Memorial services will be held on Monday, January 31, at 11 
  a.m. from the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home and Crematory, Rt. 72 and Campmeeting 
  Road, Jonestown. Inurnment will be held in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville. 
  Public visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. 
  at the funeral home.
