  LouBelle J. Hartman 
   
   SCHAEFFERSTOWN LouBelle J. Hartman, 83, died Saturday, October 8, 2011, in 
  the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Rudolph "Rudy" J. 
  Hartman. She was born in Womelsdorf, on May 23, 1928, a daughter of the late 
  Lester and Sara Weis Dissinger. She was a retired employee of Binner's 
  Associates of Schaefferstown and a member of the Womelsdorf VFW Ladies 
  Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and watching birds. LouBelle is 
  survived by a son, Garylou Hartman of Schaefferstown; grandchildren, Michael 
  and Jennifer Hartman; sister, Nancy Fraelich of Womelsdorf; and brothers, 
  Donald, husband of Janet Dissinger of Wernersville, and Richard Dissinger of 
  Robesonia. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Hartman. Funeral 
  service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be made 
  in the Grand View Memorial Park.   Clauser Funeral Home, Inc. is handling her 
  arrangements.
