Miller, 87, died Tuesday, January 4, 2011, in the Lebanon Valley Home, Annville. She was the wife of Henry Wengert Miller who died in 2009. Born in New Paris, Indiana on February 8, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Rial D. and Bertha L. Clouse Stump. She was a bookkeeper and homemaker and her and her husband owned the Annville Frozen Food Service from 1962-1984. Lois graduated from Wakarusa High School and studied voice at Messiah College; was a member of the Fairland Brethren In Christ Church, Cleona where she served as the church organist, sang in the church choir, taught Sunday School, and served on the church board. She also was a member of the American Guild of Organists, was a gifted writer, and enjoyed golfing, reading, and scrap booking. Surviving is a son, Michael B. Miller of Palmyra; three daughters, Barbara J. wife of William Colver of Annville, Cynthia R. wife of Philip Engle of Annville, and Sara E. wife of Rodney Nissley of Hummelstown; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be held in United Zion Cemetery, N. Annville Twp. Viewing will be held on Saturday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
