Mraz, 71, passed away the morning of May 4, 2011, at his residence in Lebanon. Born on December 20, 1939 in New Castle, Angelo was the son of the late Andrew and Mary Longo Mraz. He married the former Sandra (Sandy) Gentsy on December 24, 1957. She survives. Angelo was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Church of Annville. He was a ten year veteran of the U.S.M.C. Reserves and spent six months on active duty. Angelo retired from ABF Trucking in Carlisle, and prior to that worked at McLean Trucking in West Middlesex. Angelo was a union steward of Local 261 in New Castle and Local 776 in Harrisburg. He was a member of the Navy Club and enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Angelo loved being surrounded with his family and especially enjoyed the times spent with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Angelo is survived by four children, Robin Orelli of New Castle; Tracie Seiders and husband Amos of Lebanon; John Mraz and wife Jamie of New Castle and Sandra Leiter and husband Richard of Lebanon; his step-mother, Dorothy Mraz of New Castle; 10 grandchildren, Angela Burton and husband Matthew, Ernest Orelli and wife Amanda, Anne Orelli, Ashleigh Leiter, Holly Seiders, Kaitlyn Dimmick and husband John, Miranda Mraz, Mackenzie Mraz, Mason Mraz, Marcus Mraz; and three great-grandchildren, Bella Burton, Gianna Orelli and Luciano Orelli. Angelo is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Richard Mraz, George Mraz; and a son-in-law, Ernest Orelli, Sr. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Church in Annville, on May 21, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Fr. John Peck, O.S.B. will officiate. Arrangements are by the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S. Mill St. New Castle. Entombment will take place at Parkside Mausoleum.
