  MYERSTOWN Arlene F. Boltz, 54, died unexpectedly Sunday, February 26, 2012 at 
  the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. Born in Lebanon on February 1, 1958, she 
  was the daughter of the late Francis and Anna (Bright) Fisher. She was a 
  member of the Goodwill, Bethel and Mt. Aetna Fire Companies. She is survived 
  by a daughter, Malinda wife of Rick Bush of Myerstown; son, William husband of 
  Jodi Barshinger of Myerstown; sisters, Marcine wife of Darryl Lawrence of 
  Lebanon, Connie wife of Jeff Erickson of Bethel, Bonnie wife of Pep Lawrence 
  of Lebanon, Judy wife of Terry Etzweiler of Lebanon; brothers, Ed husband of 
  Denise Fisher of Myerstown, Frank Fisher of Lebanon; grandchildren, Matthew, 
  Zoe and Tatumn Bush, and Gracie and Nicholas Barshinger; many nieces and 
  nephews and great nieces and nephews. There will be no services. A viewing 
  will be held Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 1 to 3 p.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 
  358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. Interment will be held at the convenience 
  of the family.
