  Paul J. Boyer 
   
  QUENTIN Paul J. Boyer, 83, died Sunday, June 3, 2012, at his residence. He was 
  the husband of the late Genevieve L. (Smith) Boyer, who died October 1, 2011. 
  Born in Cornwall on March 16, 1929, he was the son of the late Peter P. and 
  Alma (Blough) Boyer. He had been employed as a salesman for Hoover Equipment, 
  Intercourse, PA., for 15 years, retiring in 1994. Prior to Hoover Equipment he 
  worked at Keller Bros., Buffalo Springs and Lancaster Ford. He was a member of 
  Quentin United Church of Christ where he had been an Elder, former deacon, 
  Sunday School Superintendent, taught Sunday School, and served on building 
  committees. He enjoyed playing golf. He is survived by a daughter, Gloria Rott 
  of Lebanon; sons, Paul J. Jr. husband of Linda Boyer of Quentin, Craig husband 
  of Kay Boyer of Cornwall, Kevin husband of Dianne Boyer of Quentin, and Keith 
  Boyer of Hummelstown; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; six great-
  great-grandchildren; sister, Ethel wife of John Binner of Lebanon; brothers, 
  Allen husband of Joan Boyer of Lebanon and James husband of Geraldine Boyer of 
  Reading; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sisters, 
  Doris Wilson and Alice Grubbs and brother, Peter Boyer, Jr. A Celebration of 
  Life service will be held Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 3 p.m. from Quentin 
  United Church of Christ, 11 Main St., Quentin. Interment will be at the 
  convenience of the family.  Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, has been entrusted 
  with the arrangements.
