  MYERSTOWN George T. Mills, 79, died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at StoneRidge 
  Poplar Run, Myerstown. He was the husband of Jeanette A. (Kemmerer) Mills to 
  whom he would have been married 58 years on September 4. Born in Camden, N.J., 
  on September 27, 1932, he was the son of the late George Chinn and Irene 
  (Davis) Mills and stepson of Doral Mills. A member of Myerstown UCC, he served 
  in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and was self-employed as an insurance 
  salesman for Nationwide Insurance, Allentown, for many years retiring in 1996. 
  In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lynnette wife of Barry 
  Peters of Lewis Center, Ohio; sons, Scott husband of Linsey Mills of The 
  Woodlands, Texas, Allen husband of Gwen Mills of Coplay; a brother, Doral 
  husband of Cheryl Mills of Georgia; seven grandchildren; one niece; and one 
  nephew. A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 4 p.m. from 
  Myerstown UCC. There will be no viewing or visitation. Interment will be held 
  at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 
  Annville.   Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, was entrusted with the 
  arrangements.
