"Jack" Nolan, 69, passed away on Friday, June 8, 2012, at the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Janice F. Krall Nolan and on August 28, 2012, they would have celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary. Born in Abington, on June 24, 1942, he was the son of the late William and Edna Naylor, and the step-son of Dorothy Nolan of Belford, N.J. He retired from Raymark Industries in Manheim. He served in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Enterprise and Intrepid during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He never missed his children's sporting events and he loved hunting, fishing, and especially playing golf. In addition to his wife and stepmother, he is survived by his sons, Kory L., husband of Wendy Nolan of Fredericksburg, Khristopher J., husband of Wylla Nolan of Lebanon, Kevin M. Nolan of Jonestown, and Michael R. Nolan of Harrisburg; a brother, William V. Nolan of Jonestown; and 12 grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 and Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown. There will be no viewing but a visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment with military honors will be held at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
