  ELIZABETHTOWN Oscar J. Reppert, 84, formerly of Chestnut St., Lebanon, passed 
  away Monday, May 28, 2012, at his residence. He was the husband of the late 
  Jacquelyn I. (Moyer) Reppert. Born February 6, 1928, in Cornwall, he was a son 
  of the late Edward G. and Helen E. (Deutsch) Reppert. Prior to retiring, Oscar 
  worked as an electrician for Bethlehem Steel. He was a member of Rescue Hose 
  #4 and St. Cecilia's Church where he volunteered for many functions. He was 
  the secretary of Shay Memorial Blood Bank in Lebanon for several years, was 
  involved in organizing the Cornwall Retirement party for miners, and he 
  proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by two sons, 
  Thomas E., husband of JerriLynn Reppert of Lebanon, and Michael J. of Lebanon; 
  a daughter, Barbara A., wife of Keith Holland of Elizabethtown; one sister, 
  Joan Halfen of CInnaminson, N.J.; four grandchildren, David, Michelle, 
  Michael, and Daniel; and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a 
  brother, Russell E. Repper,t and a sister, Katherine Verna. Funeral Mass 
  Friday at 11 a.m. from St. Cecilia's Church, 202 E. Lehman St., Lebanon 17042. 
  Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Lebanon. Viewing Friday morning from 10 to 
  11 a.m. at church. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with arrangements. 
  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
