  LEBANON Charles A. "Chuck" Sholly, 48, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2012, 
  at St. Luke's University Hospital, Bethlehem, surrounded by his loving family. 
  He was the husband of Lori A. Werner Sholly and on September 20th, they would 
  have celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary. Born in Lebanon on April 10, 
  1964, he was the son of the late Alfred and Shirley Habecker Sholly. He worked 
  for the Lebanon County EMA as a 911 Dispatcher. He was a member of the 
  Maennorchor Club, Lebanon and the AmVets. Chuck was an avid Steelers fan and 
  enjoyed hunting and fishing and he was also a great cook. In addition to his 
  wife he is survived by his son, Thad M. Sholly and his fiancee, Trina Lambert 
  of Ebenezer; grandson, Cooper Sholly; step-son, Alexander J. Koger of San 
  Diego, Calif.; sisters, Bonnie M. wife of Richard Bleistine, Jr., of Lebanon, 
  Angela M. wife of James Arnold of Lebanon and Cindy S. Sholly of Lewes, DE; 
  step-brothers, Thomas Phillips of Lancaster, Calif., James Phillip and John 
  Phillips both of Van Nuys, Calif., and Michael Phillips of Lebanon; and his 
  brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Dawn Werner of Lebanon. Funeral services 
  will be held on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & 
  Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. Viewing will be from 1 p.m. 
  until the time of the service.
