He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Lancaster, the American Bandstand Fan Club and Polka Pals of Lebanon. He spent his last 20 years living with his sister and brother- in-law, in East Petersburg. His life revolved around music in which he had a vast collection of records, cassettes, discs, and tapes. He is survived by two brothers, Thomas Zidik of Hershey and Robert Zidik of Lebanon; a sister, Doris Arnold of East Petersburg; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Andrew and Michael Zidik. He will be remembered for his simplicity in life and his love and appreciation for the people who respected and cared for him.
