Mr. Rahl observed his sixty-third and Mrs. Rahl her sixtieth birthday anniversary. The home was decorated in autumn leaves and crepe paper streamers. During the evening, vocal and instrumental music, dancing and games were indulged in by the guests. August Bunsa, of McAdoo, was toast-master, John Rahl presented his father and mother with a purse, given by the children. Ladislaw Rahl, in accepting the purse for himself and wife gave an interesting talk. Lunch was served to the following: Mr. and Mrs. Ladislaw Rahl, of Edwardsville; Mr. and Mrs. August Bunza, of McAdoo; Mr. and Mrs. John Rahl, of Kingston; Mr. and Mrs. Emil Rahl, of Luzerne; Mr. and Mrs. David Harper, of Plymouth; Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Woznak, of Forty Fort; Mr. and Mrs. John Evans, of Wilkes-Barre; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rahl, Alfred Rahl, Miss Matilda Rahl and Miss Julia Zarembo, of Edwardsville.
