Main st., Shickshinny, became the bride of Alexander Ferrance, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Ferrance, Sr., of Wilkes-Barre, in a recent ceremony at St. Mary's Church, Wilkes-Barre. Msgr. Joseph Madden performed the ceremony. Mrs. Mary Anne Klaips, the bride's sister, was matron of honor and Miss Sylvia Ursa served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Shelley Matthews, Carolyn Czubeck, the bridegroom's sister; Mary Jane Ervine, Verna Schoffner and Joanne Gilroy. Karen Stempowski was junior bridesmaid. Robert Ferrance was best man for his brother and ushers were Ed Gilroy, Pete Nialetz, Cyril Ferrance, brother of the groom; Tom Kennedy, Joe Hasay, the bride's brother; Larry Antonacci and Chris Ferrance. The couple enjoyed a wedding trip to Hawaii. Mrs. Ferrance, a graduate of Northwest Area High school, works at Valley Travel and Tour Agency, Wilkes-Barre, and her husband is employed as a carpenter by Bechtel Corp. The couple reside at 400 N.
