Darothea “Dot” J. Zeiders, 91, of Denholm, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at
Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born March 15, 1932, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Clara
(Cree) Kennedy.
She is survived by three sons, Colin Zeiders, Rodney Zeiders and Randy Zeiders, all
of Mifflintown, one step-daughter, Deb Berry and husband, Carl, of East Waterford,
two grandchildren, Christopher Berry and Cyris Zeiders, and one sister, Winnie
Borhman.
Her husband of 63 years, Karl D. Zeiders, whom she married Sept. 11, 1957, passed
away on Dec. 16, 2020.
Also preceding her in death were one grandson, Matthew Berry, five brothers, Bill
Kennedy, Clarence “Son” Kennedy, Jr., Jay Kennedy, Preston “Pep” Kennedy, and Robert
Kennedy and three sisters, Jacquelin “Jackie” Price, Ruth Shengost, and Betty
Horning.
Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Mifflintown.
