Dorothy F. Zeiders, 93, of Mifflintown, passed away at 12:21 a.m., Sunday, March 3,
2024, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born Feb. 25, 1931, in Danville, Montour County, she is a daughter of the late
Robert J. and Kathryn (Hartline) Farnsworth.
On Aug. 30, 1952, she married her late husband, Dr. Samuel D. Zeiders, with whom she
was blessed to share more than 58 years of marriage before his passing on Dec. 18,
2010.
She is survived by her children, Donna J. Lauver of Mansfield, Samuel D. Zeiders III
of Simpsonville, S.C., Thomas E. Zeiders of Sewell, N.J. and Paul R. Zeiders of
Mifflintown; and brother, Richard Farnsworth of Elysburg.
Interment in Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery, Mifflintown.
