   SIMPSON.-On December 6, 1892, JOHN W., son of Margaret 
and the late William H. Simpson, and grandson of Hannah S. 
and the late Captain Samuel M. Welsh, aged 19 years. The 
relatives and friends of the family are respect-fully 
invited to attend the funeral, on Friday afternoon, 2 
o’clock, from his mother’s residence, Carpenter street. 
Interment at Union Cemetery.
