* Occupation - Farmer 
* Killed Oct. 19, 1864 at Cedar Creek, Virginia, at age 33 years 5 month 6 days 
* Widow Pension: Applied Dec. 13, 1864, Application #75685, Certificate #47289
* Widow Pension lists the following: Widow - Elizabeth; Maiden name of Elizabeth 
was Swank; Levi and Elizabeth were married Dec. 6, 1853; Elizabeth was admitted 
to a pension of $8 per month commencing Oct. 19, 1864
