* Transferred to Co. F 191st Regiment Pa Infantry
* Transferred to Co. I 191st Regiment Pa. Infantry June 1, 1864 
* Mustered out June 28, 1865 with company from Co. I 191st Regiment 
* Invalid Pension: Applied Mar. 15, 1880, Application #350561, Certificate
