* Died Oct. 22, 1922 near Adaza, Iowa 
* Private Co. C & K 2nd Maryland Potomac Home Brigade Infantry 
* Enlisted Feb. 11, 1862 at age 21 in Oldtown, Md. 
* Mustered in Feb. 11, 1862 in Cumberland, Md. 
* Occupation at enlistment - Farmer Height - 6' 0" 
* Eyes - Dark, Hair - Light Brown, Complexion - Dark 
* Company K Muster Roll dated June 30, 1862 lists him as sick at hospital 
* Company K List of Absentees at Special Muster of August 18, 1862 lists him as 
deserted July 7, 1861
