  FLOYD E. BAER
  
    Floyd E. {Jim) Baer, 58, of Salisbury, died Nov. 23, 1979, in St. Francis
  Hospital, Pittsburgh.
    He was born Sept. 27, 1921, in Bard, a son of the late Elmer and Maggie
  (Deal) Baer.  He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Mary Trent.
    He is survived by one son, James F. Baer of Salisbury; and one daughter,
  Mrs. Barbara Bluebaugh of Cumberland, Md.  He is also survived by one sister,
  Mrs. Grace Diehl of Boynton; and 3 grandchildren.   
    He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, a veteran of World
  War II, a member of Salisbury American Legion, and a member of Salisbury
  V.F.W.
    Friends were received at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where services
  were held with the Rev. David E. Fetter officiating.  Interment, Salisbury
  Cemetery.
