SARAH ANN BAER

  Mrs. Sarah Ann Baer, widow of the late Cyrus M. of Meyersdale, died at her 
home at 366 Main Street, Monday morning, at 4 o'clock following a very brief 
illness.  She was born in Salisbury, the daughter of Solomon J. and Mary 
Elizabeth Baughman Grine, September 13, 1868, and at the time of her death was 
72 years of age.
  Surviving relatives are two sons, Earl, of Salisbury, and Theodore, of town; 
three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Johnson, Meyersdale, Mrs. Henry Willkow, Berlin, 
and Mrs. Walter Deneen, Hyndman; one brother and four sisters, Mrs. Mary E. 
Heipple, Indian Head, Pa., Mrs. Arminta Mort, Somerset, Mrs. Ida Evans, Hyndman, 
and Mrs. Hiram Baer, of Youngstown, Ohio.
  Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at her home.  
Rev. H. K. Hilner, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, of which the deceased was a 
life long member, was officiating minister.  Interment was made in the Union 
Cemetery under the direction of H. R. Konhaus, local mortician.
