  BARRON
  
    Ernest Eugene Barron, 74, of Somerset RD 6, died Aug. 11, 1993, at his
  residence.  Born Feb. 24, 1919 in Somerset Township.  Son of the late
  George Wesley and Olive Grace (Hay) Barron.  Preceded in death by two
  brothers, Merle and Paul Barron, and a sister, Hazel M. Barkley.  Survived
  by wife, the former Mary Elizabeth Shaulis, to whom he was married 47
  years, and these children:  Mrs. Jay R. (Pamela J.) Weimer of West 
  Chester; George W. Barron, married to the former Martha Jean Howard; Dennis
  J. Barron, married to the former Sandra Burek; Kevin D. Barron, married to
  the former Melissa Lynn Shaffer, and Keith S. Barron, married to the former
  Vickie J. Ogline, all of Somerset RD 6.  Also 10 grandchildren.  Brother of
  Mrs. Mary Whitehill of Winchester, Va.; David A. Barron of Somerset RD 3;
  Homer H. Barron of Pomona Park, Fla.; and Mrs. Benjamin W. (Leanna) Miller
  of Somerset RD 6.  Retired farmer and self-employed truck driver.  Veteran
  U. S. Army World War II.  Member of Samuel's Lutheran Church, the Teamsters
  Union, VFW Post 554, 7th Field Artillery Association and the First Division
  Association.  Friends received from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Saturday, Rev. R. Douglas McCauley officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.  Family suggests contributions to the Somerset "In Touch"
  Hospice, 651 S. Center Ave., Somerset, PA 15501 or Samuel's Lutheran
  Church, RD 6, Somerset, PA 15501.
